Applicant organizations should have experience working in the domestic violence arena and have the ability to operate the hotline 24 hours a day. The successful applicant will have to operate a toll-free hotline and have the ability to also chat and email with victims of domestic violence. The organization will also have the responsibilities of maintaining a database of caller information, managing information on service providers, and connecting incoming callers to service providers. Applicants should be committed to diversity and helping under-served populations. The application process includes an optional letter of intent that is due by June 27, 2020.
