Kelora received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and a Master of Public Health from the Medical College of Georgia. She later completed her Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Public Health at Georgia Southern University.
Kelora has five years of experience in non-profit and community work and also has experience completing FDA and DEA applications. She also has data three years of data analysis experience working in programs such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerApps. Kelora has two years of experience working with budgets and P&L statements, in addition to operations management and process improvement. Kelora has also obtained her PMP from the Project Management Institute and has seven years of project management experience.
